A six-unit, three-story apartment building on the south side of Greenwich has exchanged hands for $2.08M, according to a broker representing the seller.
Matthew Rinklin, of New York City, and Benjamin Spiegel, of Greenwich, bought the 5,965-square-foot building, at 113 S. Water St., from David Solarz and Janelle Luk, both of Scarsdale, New York, according to Rye, New York-based National Multifamily Corp.
Rinklin and Spiegel were doing business as 113 S. Water St. LLC, while Solarz and Luk did business as Outer Curtain Wall LLC.
National Multifamily Corp. President Matt Cawley represented the seller of the property, located in the town’s Byram section, and procured the buyer in the deal, which closed on May 19.
“The building will fit nicely in the buyer’s portfolio as they already own multiple properties nearby,” he said.
The building, which sits on a 0.2-acre parcel in the town’s Byram section and includes a garage, was built in 1919 and fully renovated in 2019. It was appraised at $1.27 million and assessed at $890,400 in 2024, property records show.
