A six-building, 36-unit apartment complex in Danbury has changed owners for $8.48 million, just under its appraised value, according to the city’s property records.
The complex, which sits on 3.31 acres and was constructed in 2010, is appraised at $8.72 million and assessed at $6.1 million, property records show.
Aaron Grossman, of Monsey, New York, doing business as 62 Chestnut St Holdings LLC, has purchased the three-story complex with ground-floor garage parking from John and Stephanie Steifel Williams, both of Guilford.
Grossman is a partner with Blueshine Capital LLC, a Monsey, New York-based financial services firm, according to his LinkedIn page.
John and Stephanie Steifel Williams, the sellers, bought the property for $8.4 million in 2012, property records show.
