Simsbury heads the list of healthiest retail markets in Greater Hartford, according to KeyPoint Partners.
Among municipalities with at least 500,000 square feet of retail space, Simsbury has a vacancy rate of only 2.2 percent. Rocky Hill, Glastonbury, Canton, and Windsor follow, all with vacancy rates below 4 percent.
Conversely, the highest vacancy rates were found in New Britain at 19.7 percent, East Hartford at 15.2 percent, and Vernon at 14.3 percent.
