Simsbury bank has promoted Deborah Barber, a loan compliance administrator, to the positions of assistant vice president and Community Reinvestment Act officer.
Barber, who joined the bank in 2011, will also retain her loan compliance administrator title.
Previously, she worked at Webster Bank as a construction loan fulfillment manager.
