West Hartford real estate company Simon Konover said it has named promoted Scott Lynch to chief financial officer and vice president.
He joined the company last year after working in senior financial consulting positions at two Massachusetts real estate companies. Prior to that, he worked for Northland Investment Corp. for more than a decade.
