West Hartford landlord-developer The Simon Konover Co. paid $5.15 million for the Lighthouse Square retail plaza in Groton.
Affiliate K Groton LLC bought the two-building property on 3.9 acres at 441 Long Hill Road (Route 1) on March 25 from Schochet Lighthouse LP of Massachusetts, Simon Konover said.
K Groton, LLC, an affiliate of TSKC, acquired the 3.9 acre two-building property on March 25, 2014 for $5.15 million dollars.
A 14,650-squarefoot Walgreens built in 2004 anchors the property. Tenants in a separate 28,100 square foot retail building include The Shack Restaurant, Cost Cutters, LA Nails and Community Hearing Aids of Connecticut.
Konover Commercial Corp. will manage the plaza.
Simon Konover Co. affiliates also own residential properties in Plainfield, New London and Mystic; a hotel in Uncasville; and residential and commercial properties in Norwich.
