Hartford-based Silver Fern Healthcare, which develops treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses, added three new members to its board of advisors.
New board members include Sohini Roy, former CFO of California-based financial services company Nexseer Capital; Donna Lecky, CFO and co-founder of HealthVenture Corp., a New Haven-based venture capital firm; and Cathy Eddy, founder and former president of Health Plan Alliance, a Texas company that sells health insurance plans.
