Robert A. Sigel has been named president of specialty distribution, a newly created position, at Killingly-based United Natural Foods.
Sigel will also remain as the president of Millbrook, which was acquired by UNF in November. Executives at UNF said the new position was created to position the company for sustainable growth.
Sigel, 54, has held several management positions at Millbrook since 1977. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA in accounting and finance from Syracuse University.Â
