A buyer and seller from towns north of New York City recently traded two side-by-side Hartford apartment buildings for $1.1 million.
In a sale logged Dec. 8, Zion Associates CT of Monroe, New York, paid $1.1 million to Flower Holdings and Properties, of Palm Tree, New York, for a nine-unit apartment building at 121-123 Zion St. and a four-unit building at 125-127 Zion St., according to City of Hartford records.
Both brick buildings were built in the 1920s.
The seller’s principal is Avram Tirnouer, of Monroe, New York. The buyer’s principal is Hanoch Feldman, of Spring Valley, New York.Â
