Ellen Sias, property manager and South Windsor office manager at Consolidated Management Group, has been appointed the chairperson of the East Windsor Condominium Unit Owners Association.
The association is a representation of all 14 condominium associations in the Town of East Windsor. The association was created to have one uniformed voice to represent the individual condominiums in negotiations with the town.
Sias serves as the property manager for Meadow Farms, which is part of the association.
Consolidated Management Group is a Connecticut-based property management company that specializes in condominium associations and commercial properties. The company is headquartered in Westport, and has additional offices in Greenwich, Orange, and South Windsor.
