The Windham parent of Savings Institute Bank & Trust Co. posted lower third-quarter net income.
For three months ended Sept. 30, SI Financial Group Inc. said it netted $974,000, or 8 cents a diluted share, vs. $1.2 million, or a dime a share, netted the same quarter in 2014.
SI Financial ended the quarter with $1.5 billion in assets vs. $1.4 billion at Sept. 30, 2014.
