SI Financial Group to pay dividend

Willimantic-based SI Financial Group, the holding company for Savings Institute Bank and Trust Co., said it will pay a 4 cents per share dividend on its common stock. The dividend is payable on July 27 to shareholders of record on July 6. SI Bancorp MHC, the company’s mutual holding company parent, said it intends to waive receipt of the dividend.
