Hartford-based United Technologies Corp. may sell parts of its California-based Rocketdyne unit, which the conglomerate purchased from Boeing Co. in 2005, Dow Jones reports.
Jim Maser, head of Rocketdyne, told Dow Jones, publisher of The Wall Street Journal, that asset sales are under review as part of an internal assessment.
A Pratt Rocketdyne spokeswoman said Monday the company is not for sale in whole or in part.
