A roughly 350,000-square-foot Manchester shopping center recently sold for $19.2 million.
In a sale logged Dec. 13, Delaware-based L&J Manchester III LLC sold the multi-building plaza on 22.1 acres at 346 Middle Turnpike West to Andover-based NNM Realty Trust and MNP Realty LLC.
The buyers share a common post office box in Andover. MNP Realty CT LLC’s principals are Manoj and Preeti Munjal, according to state business records.
According to assessor records, the property hosts three buildings, including a 220,255-square-foot retail strip built in 1960, a 127,528-square-foot shopping center built in 1956 and a 2,694-square-foot bank building completed in 1960.
James Koury and Alex Quinn of Marcus & Millichap listed the property.
