Law firm Shipman & Goodwin LLP announced that five attorneys have been promoted to partner, including Keegan Drenosky, Lee Anne Duval, Laura Schuyler, Julia Wilde and Tracy Ellis Williams.
Michael King has been promoted to counsel.
Drenosky’s practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation for private businesses. Duval serves as Shipman’s associate general counsel and focuses her practice on legal ethics, corporate governance, professional responsibility and risk management.
Schuyler is a member of the trusts and estates practice; Wilde is a member of the school law practice group; and Williams represents national and regional companies in commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
King practices primarily in complex commercial and business litigation.
