Law firm Shipman & Goodwin LLP announced the promotion of three attorneys as of Jan. 1.
Jaime Welsh has been promoted to partner; Katilee Boisvert and Sarah Gleason have been elevated to counsel.
Welsh’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, as well as bankruptcy cases and insolvency proceedings. Appearing frequently in both state and federal court, she represents national and multinational companies in the finance, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare industries.
Boisvert represents companies in corporate and transactional law, including commercial financing and general corporate and commercial matters.
A former elementary school teacher, Gleason advises a wide range of educational institutions, including K-12 public and independent schools and colleges and universities, in legal issues related to students, employees, governance and policy.
