Sheraton Hartford names new chef

Sheraton Hartford at Bradley Airport appointed Shane Arnold as its new executive chef.

Arnold occupied his previous position, executive sous chef, at Marriott Hartford Downtown for 10 years. Before that, he serviced as task force chef for several properties in Waterford Hotel Group, Inc.’s portfolio, such as Gettysburg Hotel and Andover Inn.

Waterford Hotel Group also professionally manages Sheraton Hartford.

Arnold will oversee all food department operations, including Concorde’s, the hotel’s restaurant.
