The Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks has hired Jennifer Carty as human resources manager.
Carty will be responsible for associate training and development, sourcing and recruiting candidates, associate relations and maintaining policies and procedures.
The 237-room hotel is managed by Waterford Hotel Group.
She previously worked for Big Y Foods in East Windsor.
