An office building in Shelton has been sold for close to $1 million.
The 5,400-square-foot office building, which was built in 1987, sits on almost ¾ of an acre at 79 Bridgeport Ave., a busy commercial stretch located near Route 8.
The property was sold by Milford-based 79 Bridgeport Ave LLC and principals John DiMatteo, Rosemarie Esposito and Loretta Lesko, to DiMatteo Insurance Service Center and Secret Holding LLC and principals Noah Schafler and Katrina Camera for $900,000 in a deal recorded Oct. 11.
Tenants at the time of sale include DiMatteo insurance Service Center and DiMatteo Tax Service Center.
Brokers Stephen Hodson and Mark Yash of Trumbull-based Hodson Realty represented the seller.
The buyers were represented by Cheryl Mallick of Carey and Guarrera Real Estate in Shelton.
