An industrial property which was formerly home to Electri-Cable Assemblies at 10 Mountain View Dr. in Shelton sold recently for $3.05 million.
Shelton Winair, which is presently located on River Road in Shelton, bought the property. It is a division of Winsupply, a national wholesaler and distributor of heating and air conditioning products.
Bruce Wettenstein, partner with the Westport-based commercial real estate agency Vidal/Wettenstein, was the listing broker and represented the purchaser in the transaction.Â
The 31,298-square-foot, one-story building, built in 1998, sits on 5.16 acres. The city of Shelton has appraised the property at $3.36 million. It had last sold in 2010 for $2.6 million, city records show.
According to an announcement from Vidal/Wettenstein, Dekko purchased Electri-Cable Assemblies in 2016. Dekko, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company, manufactures power charging and data systems, lighting and electrical products. The company relocated from Shelton to Indiana.
