The parent company of Sharon Hospital is selling off two of its hospital properties in Massachusetts.
Tennessee-based Essent Healthcare has sold Merrimack Valley Hospital and Nashoba Valley Medical Center, both based in the Bay State, to Boston-based Steward Health Care System LLC.
Essent Healthcare bought Sharon Hospital, which serves Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York in 2002.
