Shake Shack – known for its burgers, sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes – plans to open its sixth Connecticut location Thursday at the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor.
The restaurant, located at 601 Evergreen Way, is the second in Hartford County; there is also a West Hartford location. The other four Connecticut Shake Shacks are located in New Haven and Fairfield counties.
Charter Realty & Development, which manages Evergreen Walk, said Shake Shack is one of several new businesses that will be opening in the coming months at the retail lifestyle center.
