Carla’s Pasta in South Windsor appointed Jack Dauray to director of sales and marketing. Previously, Dauray was director of business development at Sysco Corp.
The Open Hearth in Hartford made the following appointments: Yamini Desai, director of finance; Keith Dodds, staff accountant; and Athena Smith, finance assistant. Previously, Desai worked as accounting manager for the Connecticut Conference of United Church of Christ. Dodds formerly worked as staff accountant at Moriarty & Primack in Springfield. Currently, Smith is controller of CCP Equity Partners in Hartford.
Jennifer Haines joined Fathom in Hartford as traffic coordinator. Haines previously worked as production and traffic manager at Out of Home America in East Hartford.
Fathom also hired John Lepak as graphic and interactive designer. Previously, Lepak was a design intern at Fathom.
The Greater Hartford Jaycees in Hartford appointed Brian George to the 2007 chapter board as public relations director. George is a senior aerothermal engineer at Pratt & Whitney/UTC.
