Hartford Stage elected the following to the board of directors: Sue Ann Collins, chief financial officer and chief actuary, ING’s U.S. Retirement Services; Kim A. Keck, chief of staff to chairman, CEO and president, Aetna Inc.; Marge Morrissey, past finance director, Sen. Joseph Lieberman reelection campaign; Robert A. Penney, regional president, Mellon’s Private Wealth Management Group; and Barbara Rubin, executive vice president, iStar Financial.
VNA Healthcare in Hartford promoted Laurie St. John to vice president of Health Resources Inc. St. John previously was director of Health Resources. VNA Healthcare also appointed Comalita G. Elliott as diabetes specialist. Elliott formerly was diabetes educator in Hartford Hospital’s Diabetes Life Care team.
Jonathan Green was promoted to director of the Verizon Wireless Wallingford Customer Contact Center in Wallingford. Green will also continue to manage the Verizon Wireless Continuity Marketing Center in Meriden.
Henkel Corp. in Rocky Hill appointed Richard Tillson assistant controller. Tillson previously worked in financial analysis and support at Fibermark.
Pam Villanova was named assistant vice president/deposit operations officer at Rockville Bank in Vernon. Villanova was formerly supervisor in Rockville Bank’s deposit operations department.
Wilfredo Nieves was appointed president of the Middletown Rotary Club in Middletown. Nieves is president of Middlesex Community College.
Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters in Hartford hired Darlene Roberts as director of development. Prior to her appointment, Roberts was development officer at the Parisky Group in Hartford.
Kevin Murphy was appointed to Gov. M. Jodi Rell’s Hospital Task Force. Murphy is currently senior vice president for finance and CFO at Eastern Connecticut Health Network in Vernon.
Stephen G. Wolfe joined Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford as specialist in ear, nose and throat diseases and head and neck surgery. Wolfe was formerly an assistant instructor at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia.
