McLean in Simsbury appointed Kelly Papa to administrative director of resident services. Papa previously was director of clinical education and director of nursing.

 

The Village for Families and Children Inc. in Hartford hired Donna R. Campbell as chief operating officer. Campbell recently served as president and CEO of Litchfield County’s Northwest Center for Family Service and Mental Health and executive director of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County.

 

Brett C. Bushnell was named partner at Blum, Shapiro & Co. in West Hartford. Bushnell previously was partner with Carlin, Charron & Rosen.

The Office of the State Treasurer announced Sarah K. Sanders as assistant treasurer for debt management. San-ders has been serving as acting assistant treasurer.

 

Vbrick Systems in Wallingford appointed Vince Graziani as chief executive officer. Graziani was previously senior director in business development and strategic alliances at Broadcom Corp.

BL Companies in Meriden hired Krzysztof Trelski as architectural designer. Trelski was formerly architectural designer for JCJ Architecture in Hartford.

 

Edmund J. Pezalla was hired as national medical director for Aetna Pharmacy Management at Aetna in Hartford. Pezalla most recently was vice president of clinical services at Prescription Solutions.

 

Coleman H. Casey was appointed acting director of the Wadsworth Antheneum Museum of Art in Hartford. Casey is president of the board of trustees.

Erum Shahab joined Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford as medical director of PATH outpatient services. Shahab formerly was staff member of Saint Joseph’s Medical Center and Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center.

 

Joseph Greenier was promoted to director of engineering at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford. Greenier previously was site director of engineering.
