Senior position for seniors at Cigna

Retirees with Cigna insurance can rest assured, there’s a new guy in charge of developing products just for them. With the company’s first foray into the retiree and senior market, Ken Sperling will fill the newly created position of senior vice president of retiree solutions for Cigna HealthCare’s senior segment. Before joining Cigna in Bloomfield, Sperling managed the health care consulting practice along the East Coast for Hewitt Associates. Sperling is a graduate of Duke University and New York University and is the chair of the advisory board for the health management program at the University of Connecticut.
