Senate called on DeLuca question

Insiders are reporting that the state Senate may be called into special session as early as Wednesday to take action regarding state Sen. Louis DeLuca. The Woodbury Republican pled guilty in June to one count of conspiracy to threaten, but has refused to resign from the legislature. The state Senate will reportedly form a bi-partisan committee of six members to investigate additional disciplinary action against DeLuca, up to and including censure or expulsion.
