Hartford’s FM Facility Maintenance named Scott Harrison executive vice president and chief financial officer for the fast-growing corporate housekeeper.
Harrison will run FM’s finance, accounting, pricing and strategy functions, merger and acquisition efforts, and capital markets activities.
He previously spent seven years at CPG International Inc. as finance chief and treasurer. He also worked at Silgan Plastics, and First Union Capital Partners, and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.
Harrison is a Duke graduate with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
CEO Jim Greavey said Harrison’s finance and other skills will be invaluable during its current growth spurt, in which annual revenue now tops $400 million from $10 million less than a decade ago.
FM’s specialty is keeping corporate and retail clients’ interiors and exteriors clean and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, among other services.
Customers include a franchise chain of 300 Burger Kings, 7-Eleven, Outback Steakhouse restaurants, ExxonMobil, Goodyear Tires and Dollar General stores.
