West Hartford’s SCIO Health Analytics said it has acquired a fellow analytics firm in England.
Data Intelligence provides a software platform called PharmaANALYTICS for pharmaceutical sales teams and marketing departments.
SCIO said the deal expands its own global footprint, particularly in the life sciences industry.
Financial terms were not disclosed. It will operate the company as a subsidiary.

SCIO moved from Farmington to West Hartford in 2013. It has five offices around the country and more than 650 employees.
