A franchise Charles Schwab financial brokerage office has opened in South Windsor.
Certified financial planner Sweyden Dibble heads the independent office at 83 Evergreen Way, in the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk.
Previously, Dibble spent eight years as a regional vice president at AIG Advisor Group-Royal Alliance, overseeing 37 offices that managed more than $2 billion in investors’ assets. He also worked as an account representative at MetLife.
Schwab said the South Windsor location is part of its larger expansion focus launched in early 2011, to add franchise locations to its more than 300 company-run offices.
