The Hartford Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority hosted a breakfast for 600 people in celebration of its 28th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Breakfast recently at the Connecticut Convention Center. The event, sponsored by United Technologies Corp., provides renewable scholarships to African American female high school seniors.
