Hartford law firm Shipman & Goodwin announced that Erin R. Shaffer has joined the firm as counsel in the school law practice group.
She has nearly 25 years of experience in education law and will represent schools and boards of education on special and regular education matters, disciplinary issues, and school accommodation matters.
Shaffer previously served as a staff attorney at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association for nearly 20 years.
