A 182,628-square-foot Amazon-occupied distribution warehouse in South Windsor has sold for $20.74 million.
Indiana-based Scannell Properties sold the warehouse on 15.9 acres, at 240 Ellington Road, to a limited liability company tied to Massachusetts-based real estate investor and operator NorthBridge Partners. The sale was recorded by the town on Monday.
The masonry-sided warehouse was completed in 2021, and features a 39-foot ceiling height. Amazon moved in last year and has a long-term lease to occupy the facility.
The buyer, NBPIV Ellington LLC, registered in Delaware, lists on the deed its offices at NorthBridge Partners’ Wakefield, Massachusetts address. Attempts to reach NorthBridge were not immediately successful.
Scannell declined comment through a spokesperson.Â
