Hartford’s Saybrus Partners Inc. co-founder Moira Lowe has added chief administrative officer to her list of duties, the company says.
Lowe is principal/president and CEO of Saybrus Equity, the securities broker-dealer division of also in Hartford. Saybrus Partners is a unit of Hartford insurer The Phoenix Cos.
Lowe, a lawyer who co-founded Saybrus Partners in 2009, now oversees all legal, compliance, marketing, human resources, metrics/reporting and finance functions for Saybrus Partners. She reports to Managing Principal Edward Cassidy.
In 2010, she was appointed president and CEO of Saybrus Equity. In ensuing years, she added responsibilities for financial, budgeting, business reporting and marketing functions.
Prior to joining Saybrus, Lowe was senior counsel and chief compliance officer at financial services organizations including The Phoenix, Tower Square Securities and Sun Life Financial.
She has a BS from Syracuse University and a law degree from Western New England College School of Law.
