A South Windsor medical office building anchored by Hartford HealthCare has sold for $8.6 million, town records show.
The 15,870-square-foot property at 1559 Sullivan Ave., sold in late October to Georgia-based Centurion Hldgs 1 Inc.
The seller was South Windsor Medical Assoc LLC. Hartford HealthCare is the building’s primary tenant.
