A South Windsor manufacturing facility anchored by a publicly-traded water treatment technologies company has sold for $2.5 million, town records show.
The 30,475-square-foot building at 88 Nutmeg Road S sold in the spring.
The buyer was 88 South Windsor CT LLC, which is controlled by Dovie Sperlin and Dov Junik of Brooklyn, New York.
The seller was an LLC controlled by two Paramus, New Jersey-based real estate executives, Alexander C. von Summer III of Alexander Summer LLC and John Bonfiglio, managing partner of Stone Bridge Investment Group.
The building, which is anchored by Pittsburgh-based Evoqua Water Technologies, was constructed in 1989, sits on 2.8 acres, has 18-foot-high ceilings, three loading doors and six drive-in doors, according to CoStar.
