Brian Runkle, head of bank operations for Webster Bank, and Alice Spinella, director of business solutions, have been promoted to executive vice president.
Runkle will work closely with the lines of business to strengthen and further automate operational processes. He joined Webster in 2016 as senior vice president for transformation and operational excellence and previously held several leadership roles at General Electric.
Spinella joined Webster in 1981, and brings a background in business, information technology, process improvement and program management.
