David J. Rotatori, president of Naugatuck-based Ion Bank, was named chief executive.
Rotatori began his career at Ion Bank, which is opening a Farmington branch, in 1990, and returned in 2009 as senior vice president, chief risk officer and chief administration officer. As chief executive, he succeeds Charles J. Boulier III, who retired.
