Jacob B. Rosenstein was hired as a mortgage loan officer at Northwest Community Bank, which is based in Winsted and has branches in Avon, Granby, New Hartford and Torrington.
Rosenstein’s position will focus on originating residential loans for new and existing customers. He previously owned a small business.
