Sal Romano has joined Ion Bank, a community bank in Naugatuck, as senior vice president of commercial lending.
In his new position, Romano will work closely with local businesses to develop and expand commercial relationships with new and existing customers. He previously worked for Farmington Bank as vice president, commercial loan officer.
