A 41,420-square-foot Rocky Hill office building recently sold for $4.2 million.
A limited liability company tied to Hamden-based real estate investor Joseph Moruzzi sold the 1988-vintage building on 2.6 acres at 2080 Silas Deane Highway to another LLC in a sale logged July 15.
The brick-and-masonry building last sold for $3.8 million in 2014. It predominantly hosts medical offices but is also home to an aviation training business.
The buying LLC lists two other companies as principals. One, CJR Holding Co., has Wethersfield-based attorney Natalie J. Real as its principal. The second, Elm Street Property LLC, lists its principals as Thomas A. DiCioccio JR., of Wethersfield, and Brian J. DiCioccio, of Wethersfield.
The pair are also principals of DiCioccio Brothers Inc., a Newington-based construction company.
