Rocky Hill named a ‘top place to live’

The town of Rocky Hill as been named as one of the top 100 places to live in the country, according to Relocate-America.com, a Web site affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. Two other Nutmeg State towns — Old Saybrook and Goshen — also cracked the list. The site only ranked the top 10 towns, which none of the three Connecticut communities were included among. Topping the list: Asheville, N.C.
