Reproductive healthcare firm First Fertility will welcome in a new chief executive officer next month, the company announced.
Rocky Hill-based First Fertility said Cara Reymann will be the company’s new CEO effective Sept. 5. She will take over for outgoing CEO Derek Larkin, who stepped down from the post.

According to Fine Fertility, Reymann has more than 20 years of executive experience in healthcare services. The Connecticut company partners with reproductive endocrinology practices across the United States to offer customized care for patients interested in having children.
Prior to the move, Reymann was president of Fertilitas, another company that operates a network of fertility clinics across the country. Before entering the fertility sector, Reymann served in marketing leadership roles at other healthcare companies.
