Rocky Hill civil engineering firm promotes design engineers

Rocky Hill civil engineering firm Martinez Couch & Associates has promoted two employees to design engineer: Samuel Couch and Frank Villar.

Couch provides civil engineering services and designs for a wide range of projects, including schools, residential and commercial developments, public infrastructure projects, and sea level rise analysis and hardening. 

Villar is involved in the analysis, design and construction phase services of a variety of projects, including municipal and commercial developments.
