EDI Masonry & Landscaping has purchased a 4.14-acre property at 115 Sequin Drive in Glastonbury as part of an expansion.
The Rocky Hill company paid $320,000 for the vacant parcel, which is near Route 2. The property is at the end of an industrial cul-de-sac lined with several businesses.

EDI has been in business for more than 20 years and specializes in the installation of natural stone, cultured stone, stone veneer, brick products, pavers, blocks and concrete work.Â
EDI will use the facility to store materials and other equipment for their landscaping business.
Westbrook-based Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development brokered the deal, with Carolyn Trotta representing sellers Erica Backmann, Kristin Muschett, and Karen, James and Jeffrey DePersia. The buyers were represented by Amy Rio of Executive Real Estate in Glastonbury.Â
