Rocky Hill apts sell for $35M

The Glenbrook, a 400-unit apartment complex in Rocky Hill, has been sold for $35 million to the Robert Martin Company and Paredim Partners. The deal was announced Tuesday for the complex, which consists of 40 three-story buildings on more than 40 acres of land on Century Hills Drive. The Robert Martin Company and Paredim Partners said the acquisition will lead to significant upgrades to the complex including a new clubhouse and fitness center, and renovations to the entire property.
