Rockville Financial Inc., parent of Rockville Bank in Vernon, declared it will pay a cash dividend of 5 cents per share on Dec. 1 to common stockholders of record on Nov. 20.
Rockville Bank reported this week a third-quarter profit, reversing the loss sustained the same period last year.
