Daniels advises financial institutions and global corporations on litigation and dispute resolution as a member of the business litigation group.
DePeau, a member the firm’s business litigation group and bankruptcy and reorganizations group, focuses his practice on business litigation, bankruptcy and dispute resolution.Â
Marin is a member of the firm’s business litigation group, and focuses on business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution.Â
Rattigan is a member of the firm’s business litigation group and data privacy and cybersecurity team, where she assists clients in complying with state and federal regulations related to data privacy and cybersecurity.Â
Seeman is a member of the firm’s real estate and development group who concentrates his practice in land use and zoning, real property litigation, and municipal law.
