Cartagena Kohn, finance associate, previously worked for a Washington, D.C. firm, where she represented clients in commercial contracts, joint venture agreements and other areas.
Najam, labor and employment associate, advises clients on wage laws, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation and other matters. She previously worked for a firm in Milford.
