A new gas station and convenience store will take over the former Mobil gas station at 944 Cromwell Ave., in Rocky Hill.
RoadRunners Gas Station & Convenience Store has agreed to lease the space from Reno Properties Group, according to an announcement from the Newington-based commercial real estate firm.
RoadRunners plans to upgrade the convenience store, adding new services, the announcement states.
The new tenant brings Cold Spring Plaza, owned by Reno Properties, to full occupancy. The plaza also contains Denovellis Italian restaurant, Patty Cakes Bakery, Dosa Hut South Indian restaurant, Tavern on 3 Bar & Grill and Truck Toyz Unlimited.
Danny Garofalo Jr., of Reno Properties Group, represented RoadRunners in the deal.
 RoadRunners now has 15 locations in Connecticut, and five others in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.Â
